  1. Marketing Strategy:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for each book, including identifying target audiences, key messaging, and promotional activities.
  2. Market Research:
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for innovation in book marketing.
  3. Online Presence:
    • Manage and enhance the online presence of books through website content, social media, and other digital platforms.
    • Utilize SEO best practices to optimize book visibility in online searches.
  4. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional materials, campaigns, and events that maximize book visibility and sales.
  5. Contributor Engagement:
    • Foster positive relationships with contributors and involving them in promotional efforts.


  1. Story Selection:
    • Work with the editorial team to contribute to the selection of books that align with the company's goals and resonate with the target market.
    • Stay informed about literary trends and market demands.
  2. Content Development:
    • Collaborate with authors and editorial teams to develop high-quality, compelling book marketing content that resonates with target audiences.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  1. Coordination:
    • Collaborate with editorial, design, and sales teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to book development and promotion.
  2. Communication:
    • Communicate effectively with internal teams, authors, and external partners to align marketing efforts with editorial goals.


  • Master’s degree in Marketing, English, Communications, Liberal Arts, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of work experience in book marketing, with a portfolio highlighting successful projects. Editorial experience is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content management systems.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and contribute innovative ideas, and the conviction to make them happen.
