We are looking for experienced and result-driven Ad Sales professionals to drive revenue growth and strengthen advertiser relationships across our Women’s, Children’s, and General Interest verticals including Grihshobha, Champak, Sarita, Saras Salil, Manohar Kahaniyan, and Farm n Food.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive advertising revenue across print, digital, and ESPECIALLY event platforms.
- Build and manage strong relationships with advertisers, media agencies, and brand partners in the respective region.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities to expand the regional client base.
- Work closely with editorial and marketing teams to develop customized brand solutions and integrated campaigns.
- Consistently achieve assigned revenue targets while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Key Requirements
- 5 – 8 years of relevant experience in media ad sales in GOVERNMENT, PSU, RETAIL and CORPORATE SALES.
- Strong understanding of advertising solutions, media planning, and regional markets.
- Established relationships with local advertisers and agencies will be a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
