Field Educator – Champak Books

Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Field Educator who can visit Anganwadis and teach children using Champak books and related learning material. The role involves engaging young learners in fun, interactive sessions while promoting the values of reading and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular teaching sessions at assigned Anganwadis using Champak books.
• Engage children through storytelling, reading activities, and interactive games.
• Support Anganwadi teachers in using Champak material effectively.
• Provide feedback on children’s learning progress and book usage.
• Maintain basic reports of visits, attendance, and activities conducted.
• Represent Champak in a positive and child-friendly manner.

Requirements

• Graduate in Education, Child Development, Social Work, or related field (preferred).
• Passion for teaching and working with young children.
• Good communication and storytelling skills (Hindi/English/regional language).
• Willingness to travel locally to Anganwadi centers.
• Prior experience in teaching, volunteering, or community work is an advantage.

Work Mode

• Travel to Anganwadi centers is mandatory.
