We are seeking an experienced and dynamic person to lead the Hindi websites editorial as well as product development

Job Overview: As the Editorial Digital Product Head, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital landscape of our Hindi magazines. You will be responsible for overseeing the creation and execution of digital content, implementing digital product strategies, and driving the overall digital vision for the magazines.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Content Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital content strategy aligned with the magazine's goals and target audience.
  • Lead editorial teams in creating engaging, high-quality digital content, including articles, multimedia, and interactive features.

Managing Hindi Magazine Websites:

  • Oversee magazine websites -,,,, and
  • Planning content, generating story ideas, and contributing to writing to enhance website quality and engagement.

Product Development:

  • Spearhead the development of digital products and features to enhance the user experience and drive audience engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including editorial, design, and technology, to bring innovative digital products to market.

 User Experience (UX):

  • Ensure a seamless and user-friendly digital experience across all platforms.
  • Analyze user behavior, feedback, and market trends to continuously improve the digital product offerings.

Audience Growth and Engagement:

  • Implement strategies to grow the magazine's digital audience and increase user engagement.
  • Utilize analytics and performance metrics to measure the success of digital initiatives and make data-driven decisions

Collaboration with Subscription & Marketing Teams:

  • Developing and implementing digital initiatives to maximize subscription and advertising revenues.
  • Working closely with editorial, subscription, marketing, and digital teams to align digital initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.


  • Proven experience in digital product management and editorial leadership within the publishing industry.
  • Fluency in Hindi is a must
  • Strong understanding of digital media trends, content strategy, and user experience principles.
  • Demonstrated success in managing digital content products.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field.
